As a birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, spiritual and informational support to expecting parents, before, during and after birth. I work with you to create a birth plan that reflects your preferences and goals and help you accomplish those.

I teach several childbirth preparation classes that cover a range of topics, from relaxation techniques and pain management options to breastfeeding and caring for a newborn. I also teach expecting families of twins. I am here to help you prepare for a beautiful, positive birth experience.

I offer support and resources to help new mothers recover after childbirth. I provide guidance and hands on demonstration for newborn care and postpartum self-care.  

In home breastfeeding support includes, helping you get comfortable latching your baby in different positions, assist you in transitioning your baby off formula and onto your breast, increase milk supply, help with pumping or referrals out if your baby needs more advanced help.
